What we are looking for someone who:

• is comfortable with the entire web stack, from front-end HTML, CSS and JS to server-side Ruby-on-Rails
• has experience with several different data stores such as PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• has solid knowledge in object oriented and functional programming.
• knows what and how to build and maintain unit, functional and acceptance tests.
• has a strong command of design patterns and software architecture.
• has excellent writing and communication skills.
• loves working in small, dynamic teams.
• previous experience with financial products is highly desirable, but not required.
